Leading citizen of Laodicea (inland Phrygian Laodicea, in one of the three Asiatic dioceses attached to Cicero's province of Cilicia); host and friend of Cicero during his proconsulship of Cilicia (51-50 BC), commended to P. Servilius Isauricus in Fam. 13.67. Son of Artemo of Laodicea.

A leading Greek citizen of inland (Phrygian) Laodicea, identified by the patronymic 'son of Artemo' in the Greek manner. He had been Cicero's host during his Cilician proconsulship and is now commended to Servilius as one deserving of hospitium.
