Gaius Herennius

C. Herennius

Tribune of the plebs 60 BC who at Att. 1.18.4 began the process of transferring P. Clodius to the plebs and proposed a popular vote on the matter in the Campus Martius. Atticus's fellow tribesman; his father Sextus had bribed that tribe. Distinct from Herennius Gallus the actor and from T. Herennius.
