A Roman whose heirs were the subject of a senatorial decree (senatus consultum) bearing on Caerellia's financial interests in Asia, cited by Cicero in Fam. 13.72 (46 BC). Distinct from the publicanus Sex. Vennonius (person:sex-vennonius-publicanus).

A senatus consultum (decree of the Senate) carried only moral, not strictly legal, force, but a conscientious governor would treat it as authoritative; Cicero suggests Servilius could read this particular decree, issued in the matter of C. Vennonius's heirs, as a lever to assist Caerellia's claims.
