Cluatius was the architect whose plan for Tullia's shrine Cicero had accepted; here Cicero says he is settled on the design (genus) and the principle, and wavers only on the location (locus).

Cluatius was the architect Cicero engaged to design the fanum for Tullia; Cicero wants Atticus to keep him at work even before a site is settled. He is named only in this gardens-and-shrine correspondence of 45 BC.
