An informer of the Pupinian tribe who in February 56 BC laid an electoral-bribery (ambitus) charge against P. Sestius, also naming Cn. Lentulus Vatia and C. Cornelius as accessories.

Roman citizens were registered in voting tribes; naming a man's tribe (here the rural tribus Pupinia) identified him formally. Nerius was the chief accuser (delator) who charged Sestius with electoral bribery.
