Cornelius (freedman, overseer of the gladiators)

Cornelius (the freedman)

also: Cornelius libertus, Cornelius, libertus eius

A freedman alleged by the prosecution to have been put in charge of the gladiatorial troop in P. Sulla's pay; Cicero concedes only that he attended to the iron equipment and denies he ever directed the troop.
