Cicero's son-in-law (briefly): married Tullia in early 56 BC after her widowhood; the marriage did not last. The horti Crassipedis are Cicero's favourite suburban dining spot in 55 BC.

Furius Crassipes, betrothed to Cicero's daughter Tullia in 56 BC. Here he 'forestalls the farewell-dinner', i.e. claims Cicero for a family meal before Atticus's departure.
