Curtilius
A man (called a scoundrel by Cicero) who had taken possession of the estate of Sextilius in the territory of Fundi in 44 BC (Att. 14.6, 14.10).

Curtilius, denounced here as a verbero ("whipping-post," a scoundrel fit only for flogging), had got hold of the estate of Sextilius; he recurs in 14.10 in the list of profiteers exploiting Caesar's confirmed acta.
