Tribune of the plebs in 58 BC and a loyal partisan of Cicero, the first to move his recall and to attempt action against Clodius's measures. Cicero in exile asks Atticus how the dangerous third clause of the recall bill escaped Ninnius's notice (Att 3.23.4).
