A legate serving under Cicero in Cilicia in 51 BC, sharing command of cohorts and auxiliaries in the Amanus campaign (Fam. 15.4). Distinct from the L. Tullius of the Verrines.

L. Tullius was one of the legates on Cicero's staff in Cilicia, later prominent in the Amanus campaign. "Your Tullius" marks him as a connection of Atticus's, the last of the cohort still to reach the province.
