Roman negotiator (businessman) who had resided and traded at Elis in the western Peloponnese. He is the deceased brother of L. Mescinius, who inherited his Achaean estate; the disputed settlement of that estate is the subject of Fam. 13.26. Otherwise unknown beyond this reference.

M. Mindius was a Roman negotiator (merchant-businessman) based at Elis in the western Peloponnese, a region with active Roman commercial traffic. His death intestate or with a disputed estate created the inheritance case that Mescinius, as heir, needed Servius Sulpicius to adjudicate as proconsul of Achaea.
