Roman businessman of Nuceria and Numidia whose financial affairs (the 'Sittian bond') Caelius repeatedly presses Cicero to look after; later a freebooting commander who aided Caesar in Africa. Uncertain whether the bond concerns this Sittius personally or an associate.

- For Publius Sulla §56 Sittius was sent by him into Further Spain
P. Sittius of Nuceria, a financier and friend of Sulla, alleged to have been dispatched to stir up revolt in Spain. Cicero answers that Sittius went on ordinary business --- collecting debts and dealings with the king of Mauretania --- and well before the conspiracy.
