An agent (possibly a freedman) of C. Scribonius Curio who, in Curio's absence, was eager to declare public games in his patron's name. Known only from Cicero's letter Fam. 2.3, where Cicero dissuades the project.

Rupa appears to be an agent or freedman of Curio who proposed to announce public games (munera or ludi) in Curio's name while Curio was abroad. Cicero and Curio's other friends vetoed this as it would have pre-empted Curio's own choices on his return.
