Roman negotiator (businessman) resident at Thespiae in Boeotia, a long-standing admirer of Cicero who shared his literary interests. Cicero recommends him to Servius Sulpicius in Fam. 13.22, jointly with a letter from A. Terentius Varro Murena. Distinct from the earlier senatorial T. Manlius entries in the registry.

Thespiae was a Boeotian city (central Greece) notable for its cult of Eros and proximity to Helicon; it lay outside Achaea proper but within Servius's sphere of influence as proconsul. T. Manlius is otherwise unknown; the phrase negotiatur Thespiis identifies him as a Roman businessman (negotiator) resident in Greece.
