Thyestes

also: Thyestes, Thyestem

The brother of Atreus, who seduced Atreus's wife and stole the golden-fleeced lamb, and was avenged by the Thyestean banquet. Cotta cites the Atreus-Thyestes story to show that even monstrous crimes are products of reason.
