A law of 98 BC (consuls Q. Caecilius Metellus Nepos and T. Didius) imposing a three-week interval (trinundinum) between a bill's promulgation and its vote and banning omnibus bills. Cicero counts it among the laws the coalition trampled in 59 (Att 2.9.1).
