Aulus Caecina

Caecina

Etruscan man of letters from Volaterrae, son of the defendant of the Pro Caecina; a Pompeian pardoned by Caesar and a friend of Cicero (addressee of Fam. 6.5-6.9). In 43 BC he is among the friends of Furnius gathered at Cicero's house.
