Aulus Trebonius, a Roman citizen proscribed under Sulla, brother of P. Trebonius. His brother attempted by will to keep a share of the estate from passing to him because of his proscribed status, which raised the legal point Cicero presses in Verr. 2.1.123-125; he is not heard of outside this passage.
