Amynomachus

One of the two named heirs of Epicurus (with Timocrates) in the philosopher's will, charged together with Hermarchus's oversight to fund the annual celebration of Epicurus's birthday and the monthly memorial feasts of the school. Cicero quotes the bequest in De Finibus 2.101 to expose the inconsistency of a man who taught that death is nothing to us.
