Antiochum

Antiochus III 'the Great' of the Seleucid empire (r. 222–187 BC), defeated by L. Cornelius Scipio (Asiaticus) at Magnesia in 190 BC and stripped of Asia west of the Taurus by the Treaty of Apamea (188 BC). Cicero refers to him at In Verrem 2.1 in the context of the Roman settlement of Asia.
