Decianus

Appuleius Decianus, a Roman businessman of Pergamum and son of the demagogic tribune Appuleius Decianus (tr. pl. 99 BC). He had spent thirty years trading in Asia and was the leading Roman witness against Flaccus on charges of expropriation in Phrygia. Cicero attacks him at length at Pro Flacco 70-83 as a transplanted Roman of bad pedigree.
