King of Cappadocia (52–42 BC), styled Eusebes and Philorhomaeus. The Senate had specially commended his safety to Cicero, who while marching to Cilicia in 51 BC uncovered and warned him of a palace plot (Fam. 15.2). Son of Ariobarzanes II, whose murder Cicero recalls.
