Gaius Atinius Labeo
C. Atinius
also: C. Atinius, Atinius Labeo
Tribune of the plebs (131 BC) who, having been struck from the Senate by the censor Q. Caecilius Metellus Macedonicus, attempted to consecrate his goods and threw him from the Tarpeian rock. Cicero cites the episode in De Domo Sua to show that a tribune's consecration did Metellus no lasting harm.
