Praetor (probably praetor peregrinus) in 50 BC, recipient of Fam. 13.59, in which Cicero commends his old friend M. Fadius and asks for easy access to his tribunal. Distinct from the other Curtii in the corpus (M. Curtius, C. Curtius Volaterranus, Q. Curtius the juror).
