Marullus

also: Marullum, Marullus

Tribune of the plebs in 44 BC who, with his colleague L. Caesetius Flavus, removed a diadem placed on Caesar's statue and prosecuted those who hailed Caesar as king; Caesar had both deposed. Cicero cites them in Phil. 13.31 as men whose removal Antony falsely lays at the Senate's door.
