Distinguished senator who, with Titus Manilius, testified in Pro Roscio Comoedo that he had heard from the iudex Cluvius that Flavius paid Fannius fifty thousand sesterces in Panurgus's name. Cicero praises both as aged, devout, and wealthy men of standing.
