Gaius Servilius

C. Servilius (Glaucia), praetor 100 BC, the demagogic ally of Saturninus; the lex Servilia repetundarum is his work. Cited at Div. in Caec. 63 among examples of contested divinationes — L. Calpurnius Piso Frugi was excluded from prosecuting him, the prosecution falling to others. He was killed with Saturninus in the violence of December 100 BC.
