A Papirius Carbo, brother of the Cn. Carbo whom Cicero says 'we knew', characterised in Fam. 9.21 only as a scurra (a buffoon or wit). Otherwise unidentified; one of the contemporary plebeian Carbones Cicero disparages. Flagged for further identification.
