Lucius Bruttius

L. Bruttius

A young Roman knight (eques Romanus) and close connection of Cicero, distinguished in every respect and attentive to him. Cicero had a long friendship with his father dating from his own quaestorship in Sicily, and commends Bruttius's household, estate, and agents to the proconsul M'. Acilius Glabrio in 46 BC (Fam. 13.38).
