Lucius Corfidius

Corfidius

also: L. Corfidius

A man whom Cicero, by a lapse of memory, named as supporting Ligarius in the Pro Ligario; informed by Brutus (relaying Titus Ligarius) that Corfidius had in fact already died, Cicero asks Atticus to have the name struck from every copy of the speech (Att. 13.44).
