Lucius Oppius, son of Marcus, a businessman (negotiator) operating at Philomelium in Phrygia and a close friend of Cicero. He managed the affairs of the banker L. Egnatius Rufus; commended to Q. Gallius in Fam. 13.43 and 13.44. Distinct from C. Oppius, Caesar's agent.
