Lucius Flaccus

L. Valerius Flaccus, consul 100 BC, princeps senatus, prosecuted on a repetundae charge that M. Aurelius Scaurus was not permitted to bring; cited at Div. in Caec. 63 as the standard example of a divinatio decided against the would-be prosecutor. Father of the Flaccus defended in the Pro Flacco.
