Marcus Aufidius Lurco

Tribune of the plebs 61 BC who, though he had entered office under a disqualifying technicality, was released from the leges Aelia et Fufia in order to promulgate a new anti-bribery law (Att. 1.16.13). Cicero calls him 'the lame man' (claudus homo).
