M. Coelius, a Roman knight resident at Lilybaeum, described by Cicero as a most choice young man, from whose household Verres took whatever he chose (Verr. 2.4.37). Otherwise unattested; not the M. Caelius Rufus defended by Cicero in 56 BC.
