Marcus Fulvius Bambalio

Bambalio

also: M. Bambalionis, Marcus Bambalio

A man of Tusculum, father of Fulvia (Antony's wife) and so maternal grandfather of the noble boy given as hostage in the post-assassination settlement. His nickname "Bambalio" (stammerer) is cited contemptuously in Phil. 2.90.
