Marcus Fulvius Flaccus
M. Fulvius Flaccus
also: Fulvius Flaccus, M. Flaccus
Consul of 125 BC and ally of C. Gracchus, killed by senatorial decree in 121 BC for acting against the state; his house was razed and confiscated, and Q. Catulus later built a portico on the site. Cicero protests that Clodius joined his own demolished house to Flaccus's as if both were marks of public punishment.
