Silanus

Marcus Iunius Silanus, an officer active in the Mutina campaign of 43 BC: he commanded one of Mark Antony's two praetorian cohorts at Forum Gallorum (Fam. 10.30, 14 April 43), and is reported by Lepidus (Fam. 10.34) as having gone over to Antony, together with Culleo, against Lepidus's wishes.
