Roman negotiator (businessman) who had resided and traded at Elis in the western Peloponnese. He is the deceased brother of L. Mescinius, who inherited his Achaean estate; the disputed settlement of that estate is the subject of Fam. 13.26. Otherwise unknown beyond this reference.
