Marcus Octavius Ligus

M. Octavius Ligus, a Roman senator and witness in the inheritance suit of Verr. 2.1.125 and 2.2.21 (the Annaeus and Annia cases). The Octavii Ligures were a senatorial family of the late Republic. He recurs at Verr. 2.2.119 in the count of Roman knights who deposed against Verres.
