Marcus Servilius
Servilius
also: M. Servilius, M. Servilium
A Roman tried for extortion (de repetundis) before the praetor M. Iuventius Laterensis in 51 BC, in a notorious case Caelius reports at length; the verdict was left in suspense between acquittal and condemnation. Probably the Servilius later attacked in the senate over peculation.
