M. Titurnius Rufus

The last surviving member of the Titurnian family (familia Titurnia), with whom Cicero had a long-standing tie of connection. Cicero commends him warmly to the proconsul M'. Acilius Glabrio in Sicily, asking that he find sufficient protection through Cicero's recommendation (Fam. 13.39, 46 BC).
