Lucius Munatius Plancus, a Caesarian governing Transalpine Gaul (Gallia Comata) in 43 BC and consul-designate for 42; he is the principal addressee of Cicero's Ad Familiares book 10. After months of temporizing he ultimately went over to Antony and Lepidus.
