The prosecutor (probably a Valerius Flaccus) who in Fam. 9.21 secured the condemnation of M. Papirius Carbo for extortion/theft connected with Sicily. Identity uncertain; distinct from the propraetor defended in Cicero's Pro Flacco. Flagged for further identification.
