Publius Gabinius

P. Gabinius Capito, a praetor of unknown date in the second century BC, convicted of repetundae (Div. in Caec. 64; cf. Pro Archia 9 for his archives). Distinct from the more famous A. Gabinius (cos. 58 BC) of Cicero's later years.
