Young friend (familiaris) of M. Caelius Rufus alleged by the prosecution to have been sent to hand over the poison to Clodia's slaves at the Senian baths. Cicero treats the bungled bath-house entrapment of Licinius as the comic centerpiece of the poison charge in the Pro Caelio.
