P. Trebonius

P. Trebonius, a Roman testator who instituted his proscribed brother A. Trebonius as one of the heirs with provision (against the lex Cornelia) that each fellow heir should swear to pass on a quarter of his share; Verres's friend the freedman heir refused to take the oath (Verr. 2.1.123-125). Otherwise unknown.
