Phalacrum Centuripinum

Phalacrus of Centuripae, son of Onasus, a noble Sicilian and captain of his city's ship in Verres's fleet; thrown into chains and threatened with execution after the disaster off Helorus (Verr. 2.5.105-108, 122). One of the prominent witnesses against Verres.
