Quintus Fufidius

Q. Fufidius

Roman knight of Arpinum, stepson of M. Caesius. Served as military tribune under Cicero in Cilicia (51–50 BC), and was sent in ca. 46 BC as one of three Arpinate legates to Cisalpine Gaul to oversee the municipality's revenues there. Twice commended by Cicero to Brutus (Fam. 13.11, 13.12).
