Q. Lutatius Diodorus, a Greek of Lilybaeum made a Roman citizen by Sulla on the recommendation of Q. Catulus; one of those from whom Verres took his most beautiful silver at Lilybaeum (Verr. 2.4.37). Otherwise unattested.
