A disreputable busybody and rumour-monger of 43 BC who carried gossip between Octavian's camp and Decimus Brutus, including the report of Cicero's quip that the young Caesar should be "praised, decorated, and lifted up." Decimus Brutus calls him "a man entirely true to himself."
